Important Info

1. All areas are accessible except second floor (owner’s room);
2. Bath towel is not allowed to be taken out from the house;
3. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the house;
4. Any damage to the house property, including fixtures, furnishing and equipment or removal of electronic equipment, towels, artwork, etc., whether accidental or willful, is the responsibility of the guest. The guest is due to cover the costs associated with repairs and/or replacement plus any shipping and handling charges. In extreme cases, criminal charges will be pursued;
5. A deposit of RM 800 per stay is required upon check in. The prepaid amount will be returned upon checkout. In the event of loss or damage of the house keys or any of the house property, the owner reserves the right to withhold the deposit;
6. Any request for early check in or late check out is subjected to the availability;

1. Outside shoes are not allowed inside the house. House slipper can be provided upon request;
2. Light, air-conditioner and windows must be switched off before leaving the house;
3. House cleaning is not provided daily. Please empty the trash in the green garbage bin (outside the gate) whenever the plastic bag is full;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subjected to a standard refund penalty) if cancel 8 days prior to check in date - a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed;
• No refund if cancel less than 7 days prior to check in date or No Show;

• Full refund (subjected to a standard refund penalty) if cancel 15 days prior to check in date - a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed;
• No refund if cancel less than 14 days prior to check in date or No Show;

• Full refund (subjected to a standard refund penalty) if cancel 31 days prior to check in date - a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed;
• No refund if cancel less than 30 days prior to check in date or No Show;
