Account Setting

You can sign up for free with your email address, login with Facebook or Google account. Please mouse hover "Sign in" button at the top right corner of the LangkawiTour homepage.

Sign up with email

  • Select "Sign up"
  • Enter your username, email address and create a password, then click "Create An Account" button

Sign up with Facebook or Google account

  • Select "Sign up"
  • Select "Login with Facebook or Google"
  • Enter your account email address/phone number and password to log in
  • Please mouse hover "Sign in" button at the top right corner of the LangkawiTour homepage
  • Select "Forgot Password"
  • Enter the email address used to create your LangkawiTour account and click "Reset Password"
  • You will receive an email containing a link allowing you to reset your password to a new preferred one

Before Booking

Certainly! Just ensure that you enter their details accordingly during booking so we can contact them directly

In order to book some products, you may need to provide your flight details and/or hotel name to finalize your booking. In this case, it is advisable to book your flight and/or hotel prior to booking the product. Please have all details confirmed before proceeding

In some cases, passport information is necessary to complete your booking for the insurance or other purposes. This information will be collected and used only for the booking

Enter, find or choose your preferred product, activity, tour or ticket, then select the date and/or time, quantity, continue to the checkout page and complete your payment

This is likely because the product during a date and/or time requested is unavailable, either lack of time to process, sold out or fully booked

Different products have different confirmation times. Please refer to "View Offer" on the product page of the corresponding confirmation type (e.g. Instant Confirmation or Pending Confirmation).

Instant Confirmation is with a lightning bolt icon, means that when you complete the payment, you will receive an email with the booking voucher within 10-15 minutes.

For Pending Confirmation, the confirmation is subject to the operator's availability. An email will be sent within 1 day with either a booking voucher or a notice that the product is unavailable during your requested date and/or time.

All activities, tours, tickets or other products are subject to the local time zone (GMT +08:00)

After Booking

Please check the spam folder in your email just in case. If you still cannot find the email with booking voucher, kindly contact us using LiveChat, select "Feedback on Existing Booking", next "Check Booking Status" and provide the Booking ID or booking email to proceed.

We will contact you by email or WhatsApp to help you reschedule. Alternatively, you will be offered a full refund if there are no other available dates.

For the product with Instant Confirmation, an email with the booking voucher will be sent within 10-15 minutes after the booking is made.

For the product with Pending Confirmation, the confirmation is subject to the operator's availability. An email will be sent within 1 day with either a booking voucher or a notice that the product is unavailable during your requested date and/or time.

Please review the product's cancellation policy first for more details. Some products may not allow any cancellation or changes after booking is made or may require a surcharge for amendment.

Kindly contact us using LiveChat, select "Feedback on Existing Booking", next "Amend Booking" and what you like to change, then provide the Booking ID or booking email to proceed.

Some products require a physical, printed voucher or E-ticket for redemption purposes. Please refer to "How to Use" on the product page or the booking voucher once the booking is confirmed.

However, you may wish to print out the voucher in case your mobile device does not work or runs out of battery.

If it is within the cancellation timeline, a refund will be issued, but subjected to a standard refund penalty, which a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed. However, if it is exceeded the cancellation timeline, a refund WILL NOT be provided.

Kindly contact us using LiveChat, select "Feedback on Existing Booking", next "Cancel Booking" and the reason of cancellation, then provide the Booking ID or booking email to proceed.

Note: Any refund made to the overseas bank or overseas card may have variations in amount at the time of payment is made and at the time of the refund due to currency exchange difference or currency fluctuations

If you are unable to reschedule your trip and wish to cancel the booking, kindly contact us using LiveChat, select "Feedback on Existing Booking", next select "Cancel Booking". After that, select Flight Cancel/Delay, provide the Booking ID or booking email, then attach any supporting documents (e.g. proof of flight cancellation or delay) and click share.

Please note that any cancellation or refund will be subject to the operator’s discretion and standard refund penalty.

Please be reminded to be on time for the pick up or promptly arrive at the meeting point prior to activity or tour. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show.

Most of the water or boat activities will still proceed on rainy conditions or may be postponed to a later time depending on the operator’s discretion. You will be offered an alternative slot, alternative day or a refund if the operator cancels your booked activity or tour.

However, some products may not allow any cancellation or changes after booking is made. Please review the product's cancellation policy for more details.

Payment & Refund

LangkawiTour accepts payments via the following methods:

  • Online Banking (FPX)
  • Visa/Master (PayPal)
  • E-Wallet (Touch 'n Go/GrabPay/Boost/ShopeePay)
  • Bank/ATM Transfer

The issue is likely to be caused by one of the following situations:

  • If the LangkawiTour website works fine, but upon clicking 'Book Now', the page doesn't load: Please refresh the page or try again later
  • Your transaction is being rejected: Please check with your bank to ensure there is no issue on their end

LangkawiTour using SSL technology and third-party secure payment gateways to process your payment. All transactions and stored payment information are secure, encrypted and tamper-proof within our payment gateways

LangkawiTour only accepts payments in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) or (MYR) currently

The refund process will be varied according to different payment method:

Online Banking (FPX)/Bank/ATM Transfer:

  • Payment will be returned to the local bank account given by you. This process will take 3-5 working days or up to 10 days depending on the bank.

PayPal:

  • Payment will be returned to your account or the card you used to make payment. This process will take 5-14 working days or up to 30 days depending on the card issuing bank.
  • Money should be refunded in the currency you originally selected. If PayPal is unable to refund you in the original currency, or your primary currency, you will be refunded in US dollars (USD).
  • Any refund made to the overseas bank or overseas card may have variations in amount at the time of payment is made and at the time of the refund due to currency exchange difference or currency fluctuations.

E-Wallet:

  • Payment will be returned to your E-Wallet account you used to make payment. This process will take 14 working days or up to 21 days depending on the wallet type.

Note: Any requested cancellation will be subjected to a standard refund penalty, which a processing fee of RM 2 will be imposed.
