Important Info

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 2-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not by the exact birthdate). Infants aged 1 and below can join free of charge;
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 adults is required per booking. If you are traveling alone, please check with us to confirm if a solo booking is possible;
3. Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, respiratory issues, severe motion sickness, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries, as the boat ride may sometimes be bumpy, and the limited movement on board could lead to discomfort or health risks. Guests with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining the tour and inform the crew for any necessary assistance;
4. Insurance Requirements: For insurance purposes, please provide the full names, passport numbers (for non-Malaysians), or MyKad/MyKid numbers (for Malaysians), along with gender, nationality, and date of birth for all participants;
5. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the meeting point by 03:30 PM, as the boat departs promptly at 04:00 PM. Late arrivals may incur additional charges for speedboat arrangements to catch up with the main vessel. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
6. Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather. Canopies and saloon areas are available for shelter. However, sunset visibility may be affected by the weather;
7. Food and Drink Guidelines: This cruise does not include food. Guests are welcome to bring their own snacks to enjoy during the cruise. Please ensure that your food is easy to consume on board, and remember to dispose of any waste responsibly;
8. Activity Adjustments: Schedule, itineraries, including water activities, are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, sea conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
9. Sea Risks: The sea has inherent risks, such as encounters with jellyfish or stingrays. The crew will provide assistance in case of stings or other incidents. However, LangkawiTour and the cruise company are not liable for any accidents or misfortunes in the water, as guests enter at their own risk;
10. Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the captain due to stormy weather or technical issues, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;
11. Activity Limitations: Due to the limited capacity of the jacuzzi net and the availability of other water activities, guests may be required to take turns to ensure everyone has the opportunity to participate;
12. Jet Ski Limitations: The jet ski must be enjoyed with a marshal. Guests can only self-drive with the marshal's assistance;
13. Seating Arrangements: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited shaded areas available. Guests may also sit on the deck to enjoy the open-air experience;
14. Safety Guidelines: Follow all safety instructions provided by the crew during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;

16. Prohibited Items: Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited on board;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
