1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;
2. Senior Citizen Ticket: Applicable for visitors aged 60 and above (only for Malaysian citizens);
3. Malaysian and Senior Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the Malaysian and senior citizen categories, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular ticket;
4. Ticket Conditions and Expiry: Tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, or exchangeable for cash, and are valid for one-time entry only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted;
5. Rules and Regulations: Visitors must comply with the Crocodile Adventureland's rules and regulations, including all signs and notices displayed within and around the park;
6. Prohibited Items: Smoking, food and drinks, and alcohol are not permitted in the park. Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible materials, glass objects, sharp items, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited;
7. Operational Changes: Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi reserves the right to change operating hours, carry out renovation, maintenance, or upgrading work, close any part of the park, or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
8. Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by visitors within the park, arising from any acts or omissions of Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
9. Refusal of Admission: Crocodile Adventureland Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission or require a visitor already admitted to leave the park without refund or compensation for failing to comply with park rules or engaging in illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct;
