Important Info

           Operation Hour: 

• 11:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Wednesday - Sunday);
• Close on Monday & Tuesday; 
• (The operation hour may be changed during Ramadhan month)           

1. Child ticket: Age 3-12. Free of charge for child age 2 and below;
2. Senior Citizen ticket: Age 60 and above;
3. The tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable or exchangeable for cash and valid for one time entry only. Once the visitor has exited the park, he/she will be required to purchase another ticket to re-enter the park;
4. Expired voucher will not be accepted;
5. Visitors are required to comply with all safety rules and regulations displayed at each attraction/ride and to comply with such other directions of the Splash Out Langkawi regarding the use of the relevant facilities/equipment at all times;
6. Safety is a shared responsibility. Each visitor in the park has legal and moral obligations to act responsibly on all rides. Do not participate in any ride or activity if you are under the influence of medication, drugs and alcohol, if you are too afraid to participate in the ride that may have its specially defined rules and regulation or if you have any health condition or pre-existing condition or injuries;
7. Pet, weapon, illegal substance, firework, hazardous, combustible item, glass object and/or sharp object, large tripod, folding chair and stool, selfie stick, tent and canopy, audio amplifier, recreational devices with wheels including but not limited to skateboard, shoe with wheel and scooter are strictly prohibited in the park;
8. Outside food and drink including alcohol drink are not permitted in the park, except for infants or those with special medical needs;
9. For the comfort and safety of all visitors, smoking and vaping are only allowed in a designated smoking area;
10. Due to Malaysia’s tropical climate, thunderstorms occur regularly. In the event of thunderstorms, all outdoor attractions will be closed for guest safety. There will be no refund in the event of inclement weather;
11. LangkawiTour and Splah Out Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by visitors within the park, arising from any acts or omissions of Splash Out Langkawi, its staff and/or its other park visitors whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
12. Splash Out Langkawi reserves the right to change the operation hours, carry out renovation, maintenance or upgrading work, close any part of the park or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
13. Splash Out Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission to any visitors or to require the visitor already admitted to leave the park or any ride, without refund or compensation, in circumstances such as failure to comply with the park rules, illegal, unsafe or offensive conduct;
