1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 4-12 (based on year of birth). Children aged 3 and below can join for free. Please provide accurate ages at the time of booking.
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 adults is required per booking. Solo travellers should contact us to confirm whether a single-person booking is possible.
3. Health Restrictions: Not suitable for pregnant women, guests with heart or respiratory conditions, severe motion sickness, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries. Boat rides may be bumpy, with limited movement onboard. Guests are advised to consult a doctor if necessary and inform the crew if assistance is required.
4. Insurance Requirements: For insurance purposes, please provide the full names, passport numbers (for non-Malaysians) or MyKad/MyKid numbers (for Malaysians), gender, nationality, and date of birth for all participants.
5. Dietary Restrictions: Please inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance, including vegetarian requests. Options may be limited depending on restrictions.
6. Arrival & Timing: Meeting time is 03:30 PM. Guests are encouraged to arrive from 03:00 PM onwards to complete registration and enjoy a complimentary welcome drink, available until 03:40 PM. Late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for a refund, and additional speedboat transfer charges may apply.
7. Activity & Limitations: Activities and water activities may be adjusted, limited, or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions. Guests may take turns to ensure everyone can participate. Jet skis are operated by a marshal, and jet cars are operated by a crew. For jet skis, guests may drive while the marshal sits behind to provide guidance and assistance.
8. Weather & Operations: The activity proceeds in light rain but may be delayed or rescheduled in stormy or unsafe conditions. Sunset visibility depends on weather and cloud conditions. 
9. Onboard Experience: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis, with limited shaded areas. Canopy areas are available for shelter. Meals are served in a casual setting, mostly prepared on land and may not be served hot. Menu is subject to change without prior notice. No smoking is allowed onboard.
10. Safety & Legal: Follow all crew instructions and participate in water activities at your own risk. Encounters with jellyfish, stingrays, or other marine life may occur; assistance will be provided where possible. The following items are prohibited onboard: pets, weapons, fireworks, hazardous materials, glass objects, and sharp items. The cruise operator may take photos or videos during the trip for promotional purposes.
