1. Pricing Overview: Adult pricing applies to guests aged 3 and above (based on year of birth). Children aged 2 and below can join for free. Please provide accurate ages at the time of booking;

Health Restrictions: This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, or guests with heart or respiratory conditions, severe motion sickness, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries. Most of the tour takes place on the boat, with walks required at Bat Cave and the floating fish farm. Guests should have basic physical fitness and consult their doctor if necessary. Any special assistance needs, or requests to skip certain activities such as visiting caves, can be communicated to the boatman or the nature guide if one is opted for;
3. Arrival Courtesy: Arrive at the meeting point at least 5 minutes before the activity time. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
4. Tour Safety: Follow the instructions of the boatman or optional nature guide at all times. The mangrove waterways involve certain risks, including possible encounters with wildlife such as monitor lizards, snakes, or insects;
5. Activity Adjustments: Itineraries, stops, and activities may change, be limited, or cancelled due to weather, tidal conditions, or operational requirements;
6. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. It may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator’s discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur. Sheltered areas on the boat are available to provide partial cover from light rain;
7. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather, unsafe conditions or technical issues before it begins, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds once the activity has started;

9. Prohibited Items: Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited on board;
