1. Pricing Overview: Adult pricing applies to guests aged 3 and above (base on year of birth). Children aged 2 and below can join for free. Please provide accurate ages at the time of booking;

The boat ride may be bumpy, and walking on uneven terrain or climbing steps may cause discomfort or pose health risks. Guests are advised to consult their doctor if necessary. Special assistance or requests, including skipping certain activities such as visiting Dayang Bunting Island or extending the handline fishing experience, can be arranged with the guide;
3. Arrival Courtesy: Arrive at the meeting point by 08:55 AM as the boat departs promptly at 09:00 AM. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
4. Tour Safety: Follow the instructions of the guide at all times;
5. Activity Adjustments: Itineraries, stops, and activities may change, be limited, or cancelled due to weather, tidal conditions, or operational requirements;
6. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. It may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator’s discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur. Sheltered areas on the boat are available to provide partial cover from light rain;
7. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather, unsafe conditions or technical issues before it begins, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds once the activity has started;
8. Fishing Outcome: Catch depends on weather, tides, and technique. The operator cannot guarantee any catch;
9. Mandarin-Speaking Guide: Available upon request and subject to availability. Please indicate your request in the “Remarks” section at the time of booking;

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
