Important Info

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-10 (based on year of birth). Children aged 2 and below are not permitted. Please provide accurate ages at the time of booking;
2. Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of 2 adults is required per booking. Solo travellers should contact us to confirm if a single-person booking is possible;
3. Kayak Age & Capacity: Minimum age to kayak independently: 11. Children below 11 may only join as a passenger. Each double-seater kayak accommodates up to 2 people;
4. Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for pregnant women, or guests with heart or respiratory conditions, severe motion sickness, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries. It involves kayaking, paddling through narrow channels, and balancing in a double-seater kayak, requiring basic physical fitness. Guests with these conditions should consult their doctor before joining and inform the guide if assistance is needed;
5. Insurance Requirements: For insurance purposes, please provide the full names, passport numbers (for non-Malaysians) or MyKad/MyKid numbers (for Malaysians), gender, nationality, and date of birth for all participants;
6. Dietary Restrictions: Inform us of any dietary preferences or allergies in advance, including vegetarian requests. Options may be limited depending on restrictions;
7. Arrival Courtesy (Without Hotel Transfer): Arrive at the meeting point by 09:25 AM as the boat departs promptly at 09:30 AM. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
8. Arrival Courtesy (With Hotel Transfer): Be ready at your hotel pick-up time to avoid missing the transfer; pick-up times may occasionally be affected by delays caused by earlier guests or traffic congestion. No refunds will be provided for missed transfers or no-shows;
9. Tour Safety: Follow the guide’s instructions at all times. Kayaking involves certain risks, including possible encounters with wildlife such as monkeys, eagles, snakes, or insects, and requires guests to maintain balance and basic paddling awareness;
10. Activity Adjustments: Itineraries, stops, and activities may change, be limited, or cancelled due to weather, tidal conditions, or operational requirements;
11. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. It may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator’s discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur;
12. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather, unsafe conditions or technical issues before it begins, guests will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds once the activity has started;
13. Kayak Images Disclaimer: The kayak images shown are for illustrative purposes only. The actual kayaks may differ in colour, design, or appearance at the operator’s discretion;
14. Prohibited Items: Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited on board;
15. Media Policy: The operator reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of participants for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or internet platforms without prior consent;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
