Itinerary

• 08:40-09:10 AM Meet up at the hotel lobby
• 09:30-09:40 AM Arrive at the jetty and briefing on what to expect
• Transfer by boat to kayaking hub
• Safety briefing and gear up
• Proceed with kayak trip
• Fish-feeding show at the fish farm
• Admire limestones and rock formations 
• Spot wildlife and watch eagle 
• Enjoy a simple Malay set lunch at the floating restaurant
• 01:30-01:40 PM Return to the jetty, transfer back to the hotel

Important Info

1. Child ticket: Age 5-10;
2. A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required;
3. Recommended minimum age: Age 3. Children age under 16 must paddle with an adult;
4. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with walking disabilities, back problem, heart disease or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
5. Maximum occupancy on each kayak is 2 persons;
6. Please note that a reasonable fitness level is required;
7. Please note that details of all participating guests such as full name, passport number (for foreigner) or MyKad/MyKid number (for Malaysian), gender, nationality and date of birth are required for insurance purposes;
8. Please advise of any specific dietary restrictions such as Vegetarian together with the details of all participating guests;
9. Please be on time to avoid any missed pick up. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
10. Please note that schedule, itineraries, activities may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
11. This activity will still proceed in rainy conditions. It may sometimes be postponed to a later time depending on the operator’s discretion;

1. This activity is focused on nature, not on distance or speed;
2. No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 12 hours prior to activity;
3. Any guests who are found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, suspected to have a physical or health conditions or fail to adhere to safety rules and regulations will not be allowed to participate in this activity;
4. It is recommended to wear swimwear under T-shirt and short pants, hat or cap, sandal or flip-flop, prepare towel, insect repellent, sunblock and sunglasses;
5. It is not advisable to wear any jewelry or loose accessory during activity;
6. Please be reminded not to leave behind your personal items unattended during activity. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subject to a standard refund penalty) if canceled 8 days or more prior to the activity date. A processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be imposed;
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in case of no-show;
