Important Info

1. Height Requirement: Minimum height to join: 110 cm;
2. Weight Requirement: Maximum weight to join: 100 kg;
3. Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for toddlers, pregnant women, individuals with heart conditions, high blood pressure, severe motion sickness, respiratory issues including acute asthma, epilepsy, joint or mobility problems, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. It involves climbing, balancing, and moving at height along a treetop obstacle course and requires basic physical fitness, agility, and stamina. Participants with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before joining and to inform staff in advance if any assistance is required;
4. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the activity. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
5. Participation Risks: The skytrail adventure involves risks such as slips, trips, falls, or other incidents on treetop obstacles and elevated platforms. Staff or instructors patrol the course regularly, but participants are not continuously or directly supervised. Participants take part at their own risk. LangkawiTour by QQ Holidays and the operator will not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, injury, damage, or death arising from the activities;
6. Safety Line & Carabiner: A safety line is provided throughout the course to protect participants from falling. Participants must ensure that at least one carabiner is attached to the safety line at all times;
7. Course & Platform Limits: Only one person is allowed on the high rope challenge at a time. A maximum of three persons are allowed on each platform at a time, unless specifically instructed otherwise;
8. Equipment Use & Harness: Participants must not jump, run, or put unnecessary stress on the equipment. Do not flip, swing, or turn upside-down on cables or the zip line; harnesses are designed to hold participants upright;
9. Rainy Conditions: The activity will proceed in light rain. However, it may be delayed or rescheduled at the operator's discretion if stormy or unsafe conditions occur;
10. Trip Cancellation: If the operator cancels the activity due to stormy weather or unsafe conditions before it begins, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund. No refunds will be provided once the activity has commenced;
11. Safety Guidelines: Follow all instructions provided by the staff or instructor during the activity to ensure a safe experience for everyone;
12. Registration & Indemnity Requirement: Participants must complete registration, fill in the medical form, and sign the indemnity form before the activity. Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian sign on their behalf. Non-Malaysians are required to provide their passport number for registration purposes;
13. Smoking Policy: For the comfort and safety of all participants, smoking is prohibited during activities. It is permitted only in designated areas outside the activity zones;
14. Prohibited Items: Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible items, glass objects, and/or sharp objects are strictly prohibited;
15. Challenge Map: Please refer to the Challenge Map to familiarize yourself with the course layout and key obstacles before starting the activity;
16. Media Policy: The operator reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of participants for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or internet platforms without prior consent;

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
