Important Info

1. Adult pricing applies to all guests;
2. Recommended minimum height: 140cm. Children age under 12 must be accompanied by an adult;
3. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, guests with walking disabilities, back problems, heart disease, high blood pressure, acute asthma, other breathing difficulties, epilepsy, acrophobia or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
4. Maximum weight per guest is 100kg;
5. Please note that this activity is an extreme sport with a certain degree of physical challenge, which require a small amount of agility, strength and stamina;
6. Please note a registration form includes liability waivers and medical issues is required to be signed prior to activity. The parent or guardian is required to sign the form for children age under 18;
7. The instructor will only monitor the guests from both ground level and designated stations along the circuits;
8. Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 30 minutes prior to activity. No refund is available for late arrivals or No Show;
9. Please note that schedule may be changed or cancelled due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances;
10. This activity will still proceed in rainy conditions. It may sometimes be postponed to a later time depending on the operator’s discretion;
11. Guests shall be responsible for their own safety. LangkawiTour and SkyTrex Langkawi will not be held responsible and liable for any direct or indirect injury, loss, damage and death of and to any person and property of the participants and other clients arising from or in connection with the activities in the park;

1. No alcohol or recreational drugs are to be consumed at least 12 hours prior to activity;
2. A safety line is provided throughout the course of the challenge and acts as a guard for guests to protect them from falling. Guests shall ensure that at least 1 carabineer is always attached to the safety line;
3. Only 1 person shall be permitted on the high rope challenge at a time;
4. Only a maximum of 3 persons shall be permitted on the platform at a time;
5. Guests are prohibited from jumping, running and putting unnecessary stress on the equipment during activity;
6. Do not flip, swing or turn up-side-down on the cables or the zip line. The harnesses worn are designed to hold the weight of a person in an upright position;
7. Smoking is not allowed in the park;
8. Any guests who are found under the influence of alcohol or drugs, smoking in the park, suspected to have a physical or health conditions or fail to adhere to safety rules and regulations will not be allowed to participate in this activity;
9. Lockers with multiple usage are available for rental (subjected to availability), at additional RM 3-5 per day and to be paid directly on site. A deposit of RM 10 is required per rental;
10. Please bring extra cash for the locker rental, glove, certificate (if required) or other personal expenses;
11. It is recommended to wear comfortable casual or sportive attire, sport shoe (no open shoe) and insect repellent;
12. It is not advisable to wear any jewelry or loose accessory during activity;
13. It is advisable to tie up the long hair properly during activity;
14. It is advisable to remove the body piercing or tape it properly for safety concerns;
15. Please be reminded not to leave behind your personal items unattended during activity. The risk of damage or loss of personal belongings remains with you;
16. SkyTrex Langkawi retains all the rights to photograph, film, record or otherwise reproduce the image and/or voice of any person who joins the activity and use the images and/or voice on any promotional channels, be it electronic, print, digital or electronic publishing on the internet without obtaining prior consent;
