Important Info

1. Please provide your flight or ferry details at time of booking and indicate in the “Remarks” section;
2. Minimum rental rate is per night (24 hours); extra hour will be charged at RM 20 per vehicle per hour while full rate will be charged for 6 hours and above;
3. The renter and any additional drivers must be aged at least 21 and hold valid licences of at least one year. Before making a reservation, please make sure your driving license is valid and eligible for car rental service in Langkawi;
4. Please note that MyKad (for Malaysian) or a valid passport (for foreigner) and a valid driving license are required upon registration for verification purposes;
5. Vehicle insurance cover is subjected to the Excess Clause of RM 3000. For example, you scratch the body of the car while parking and the damage cost RM 2000. You agree with the maximum excess is RM 3000. In this case, you will need to pay RM 2000 toward damages as agreed to the car rental operator;
6. The local car rental operator will need you to sign a rental agreement during registration. Please make sure you read carefully and discuss with the operator for any unclear information before signing;
7. A cash deposit of RM 100 is required to be paid directly to the car rental operator before car key is handed to you, in case the car is damaged or stolen during rental period. It will be refunded at the end of the rental period if no damage has occurred;
8. The renter has full responsibility for any damage, accident, traffic offense or negligence during rental period;
9. Please contact the car rental operator if you encounter any problem or malfunction;
10. Rental car must be returned with the same level of fuel during collection. If the renter fails to do so, refuelling service will be provided at your own expense (to be paid directly to the car rental operator);
11. All traffic, parking offences, courts costs and other expenses that may assess against car rental operator which are due by the reason of renter's possession or use of the vehicle, will be fully borne by the renter. The car rental operator will contact you where possible if it receives parking or traffic summons during rental period. Otherwise, your particulars will be submitted to the authority concerned;
12. Baby car seat is available for rental (subjected to availability), at additional RM 15 per seat per night and to be paid to the local car rental operator directly. Please indicate in the “Remarks” section at time of booking;
13. The images of vehicle shown are for reference only. Vehicle model and colour may be varied depending on availability;

1. Please note that the parking coupon is required when you park your vehicle in the Coupon Parking Area at Kuah Area: 08:00 AM - 08:00 PM (Sunday - Thursday, except Friday, Saturday & Public Holidays) & Cenang Area: 08:00 AM - 10:00 PM (Daily, except Public Holidays);
2. Please note that vehicle parking is prohibited on the left side of Jalan Pantai Chenang. You can use the paid public parking at Park N Ride (behind Cenang Mall) or Chenang Square (in front of Cenang Mall);

Cancellation Policy

• Full refund (subject to a standard refund penalty) if canceled 8 days or more prior to the activity date. A processing fee of 4% of the paid amount will be imposed;
• No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in case of no-show;
