- Child ticket: Age 3-12. Free of charge for child age 2 and below;
- Senior Citizen ticket (Age 55 and above) only applicable for Malaysian and can only be purchased directly at the ticketing counter;
- For the ticket purchase under Malaysian, you may be asked to present MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. You will have to pay the total amount of normal ticket should you fail to do so;
- The tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable or exchangeable for cash and valid for one time entry only;
- Expired voucher will not be accepted;
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, heart disease, high blood pressure, acute asthma, other breathing difficulties, epilepsy, acrophobia or other serious medical conditions for safety concerns;
- Visitors must comply with the SkyCab rules and regulations, which include the signs and notices displayed in/on and/or around the attraction;
- Pet, weapon, illegal substance, firework, hazardous, combustible item, glass object and/or sharp object are strictly prohibited in the attraction;
- Smoking, food or drink are not allowed in the gondola;
- SkyCab operation is subjected to weather conditions (it may be closed for a short period of time);
- Please expect a long queue during holiday season. It is advisable to reach the attraction earlier for the ticket redemption;
- LangkawiTour and SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect and/or consequential losses, damages, injuries suffered by visitors within the attraction, arising from any acts or omissions of and SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi, its staff and/or its other attraction visitors whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
- SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi reserves the right to change the operation hours, carry out renovation, maintenance or upgrading work, close any part of the attraction or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
