1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;
2. Senior Citizen Ticket: Senior citizen tickets (aged 60 and above) are only applicable to Malaysians and can only be purchased directly at the ticketing counter;
3. Malaysian Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the Malaysian citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular ticket;
4. Ticket Conditions and Expiry: Tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, or exchangeable for cash, and are valid for one-time entry only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted;
5. Rules and Regulations: Visitors must comply with Underwater World's rules and regulations, including signs and notices displayed in, on, or around the aquarium;
6. Prohibited Items: Smoking, food and drinks, and alcohol are not permitted in the aquarium. Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible materials, glass objects, sharp items, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited;
7. Operational Changes: Underwater World Langkawi reserves the right to change operating hours, carry out renovation, maintenance, or upgrading work, close any part of the aquarium, or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
8. Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and Underwater World Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by visitors within the aquarium, arising from any acts or omissions of Underwater World Langkawi, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
9. Refusal of Admission: Underwater World Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission or require a visitor already admitted to leave the aquarium without refund or compensation for failing to comply with aquarium rules or engaging in illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct;
