- Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;
- Senior Citizen Ticket: Senior citizen tickets (aged 55 and above) are only applicable to Malaysians and can only be purchased directly at the ticketing counter;
- Malaysian Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the Malaysian citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular ticket;
- Ticket Conditions and Expiry: Tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, or exchangeable for cash, and are valid for one-time entry only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted;
- Health Restrictions: These activities are not recommended for pregnant women, visitors with heart conditions, severe motion sickness, joint or mobility issues, back or neck injuries, or those recovering from recent surgeries or medical procedures. These experiences involve heights, sudden movements, and dynamic effects, which require basic physical fitness. Visitors with these conditions are advised to consult their doctor before participating;
- Weather Conditions: The SkyCab ride is weather-dependent and may be temporarily suspended during heavy rain or strong winds for safety reasons;
- Rules and Regulations: Visitors must comply with SkyCab's rules and regulations, including signs and notices displayed in, on, or around the attraction;
- Prohibited Items: Smoking, food, and drink are not permitted in the gondola. Pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible materials, glass objects, sharp items, and chewing gum are strictly prohibited;
- Long Queue Expectation: Please expect long queues during the holiday season. It is advisable to reach the attraction earlier for ticket redemption;
- Operational Changes: SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi reserves the right to change operating hours, carry out renovation, maintenance, or upgrading work, close any part of the attraction, or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
- Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by visitors within the attraction, arising from any acts or omissions of SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
- Refusal of Admission: SkyCab/Panorama Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission or require a visitor already admitted to leave the attraction without refund or compensation for failing to comply with attraction rules or engaging in illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct;
