1. Age Requirement: Recommended minimum age to join as a passenger: Age 5; Minimum age to operate the ATV: Age 16;
2. Health Restrictions: This activity is not suitable for toddlers, pregnant women, or individuals with back, neck, or other serious medical conditions due to safety reasons;
3. Maximum ATV Occupancy: Each ATV can accommodate a maximum of 2 people, with a total weight limit of 130 kg per ATV;
4. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the activity. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
5. Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather but may sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion;
6. Activity Adjustments: Schedules, itineraries, and activities are subject to change or cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances;
7. Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the operator due to stormy weather, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;

• Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee, if cancelled 8 days or more prior to the activity date;
• ⁠No refund if cancelled less than 7 days prior to the activity date or in the case of a no-show;
