Important Info

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 24 months to 12 years (determined strictly by the year of birth, not the exact birthdate). Infants aged 23 months and below can travel free of charge;
2. Travel and Immigration Requirements: Passengers must comply with all required travel and immigration regulations for the country of destination and obtain any necessary visas or documents, including those for health, immigration, or customs;
3. Passenger Information: Full details, including name, passport number, gender, nationality, and date of birth, are mandatory for all passengers at the time of booking for immigration clearance;
4. Passport Collection: All passports will remain in the safekeeping of the ferry management before boarding the ferry to Koh Lipe. Passengers can collect their passports at the Bundhaya Speedboat Office, located next to the immigration counter on Koh Lipe, upon arrival;
5. Immigration and Customs Forms: Passengers must complete the Customs Declaration Form and the White Card required for Thai immigration in Koh Lipe before departure (Please be aware that regulations may change; for the most up-to-date information, please consult the staff);
6. Thailand National Park Fee: The National Park fee is THB 200 per adult and THB 100 per child, payable in cash only, in any currency upon arrival (fees are subject to change). Please keep the receipt, as it can be used for entry to other islands around Koh Lipe;
7. Cargo Restrictions: No cargo, except for personal effects/belongings, is allowed on board the vessel;
8. Baggage Security: Lock baggage to secure its contents. LangkawiTour and the ferry management are not liable for any loss or damage to fragile, perishable, or valuable items in checked or carry-on baggage;
9. Baggage Handling Disclaimer: Scratches and nicks may occur despite careful handling by the ferry management. Liability is not assumed for normal wear and tear to baggage, including damage to or loss of protruding parts such as straps, pockets, pull handles, zippers, wheels, or items attached to the baggage;
10. Boarding Denial: Passengers may be denied boarding, detained, or deported by the respective authorities if they fail to meet all travel and immigration requirements;
11. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the check-in point 90 minutes before the scheduled departure. A valid travel document (passport with at least 6 months' validity and entry visa) and mobile booking voucher are required. The check-in counter closes 45 minutes before departure. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
12. Schedule Changes: The ferry management reserves the right to change the schedule or postpone any trip due to unforeseen weather conditions or other circumstances without any liability or compensation;
13. Point-to-Point Carrier: The ferry is strictly a point-to-point carrier. LangkawiTour and the ferry management are not responsible for missed flight connections, hotel bookings, or other travel arrangements;
14. Safety Regulations: Follow all safety instructions provided by the crew, wear life jackets when required, remain seated during transit, and comply with onboard safety procedures;
15. Missed Departure: Passengers who miss their intended departure must purchase new tickets for the next available departure (subject to seat availability);
16. Seating Arrangement: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis;
17. Beach Transfer: There is no pier at Koh Lipe, and passengers will be transferred to the beach by local longtail boats;
18. Deck Safety: Passengers are not permitted to sit or stand outside on the deck during the journey;
19. Ferry Image: The images of the ferry are for reference only. The actual ferry type used may vary depending on weather conditions and the number of passengers;
20. Ticket Validity: Tickets are non-transferable and only valid for the specified date and time. No refunds are provided for expired or unused tickets;
21. Prohibited Items: The transportation of fruits, food, agricultural products, foul-smelling items, smoking, vaping, alcohol, pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous materials, glass objects, and sharp items is strictly prohibited;
22. Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and the ferry management shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by passengers within the vessel, arising from any acts or omissions of ferry management, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
23. Bicycles on Board: Only certain types of bicycles are allowed on board, subject to an additional charge. Please confirm the requirements with us in advance;
24. Passenger Responsibility: Any fines or penalties due to non-compliance with visa or entry requirements are the passenger's responsibility;
25. Media Policy: The ferry management reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or reproduce visitors' images and/or voices for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or online platforms without prior consent;
