cancellation policy varies with different activities. Please check the cancellation details of your activity to see if you are eligible for a refund.
If it is within the cancellation timeline, a full refund will be issued. However, if it is exceeded the cancellation timeline, a refund will NOT be provided.
The refund process will be different according to the payment method used to pay for the reservation. If you pay using:
Credit Card/Debit Card :
Payment will be released back to the card you used to make payment. This process will take 7-14 working days or up to 30 days depending on the card issuing bank. Please note that some processing fee may be applied.
Online Banking :
Payment will be banked-in to the bank account details given. This process will take 7-14 working days. Please note that some processing fee may be applied.
