Important Info

1. Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;
2. Senior Citizen Ticket: Applicable for visitors aged 61 and above;
3. Malaysian Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the Malaysian citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular ticket;
4. Senior Citizen Ticket Verification: For tickets purchased under the senior citizen category, you may be required to present your MyKad/MyKid (for Malaysians) or passport (for non-Malaysians) upon ticket redemption for verification. Failure to do so will require you to pay the full price of a regular adult ticket;
5. Ticket Conditions and Expiry: Tickets are not transferable, shareable, partially redeemable, or exchangeable for cash, and are valid for one-time entry only. Expired vouchers will not be accepted;
6. Health Restrictions: This activity may not be suitable for visitors with a fear of heights or dizziness due to its high-altitude setting. Visitors with heart conditions, respiratory issues, or circulation problems are advised to consult their doctor before participating;

8. Arrival Courtesy: Please arrive at the redemption point 15 minutes prior to the scheduled visit time. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;

10. View Conditions: Please note that the view from Maha Tower may be affected by weather conditions, including fog, rain, or strong winds. Sunset visibility may also be impacted in such situations;
11. Prohibited Items: Smoking, pets, weapons, illegal substances, fireworks, hazardous or combustible materials, glass objects, sharp items, chewing gum, and studded shoes are strictly prohibited;
12. Food and Beverage Policy: No outside food or beverages are allowed in the premise, except for infants or those with special dietary requirements. Proof of such requirements must be presented to the Customer Service Ambassadors before entry. Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited;
13. Bag Inspection: All bags, backpacks, or packages may be inspected prior to entering the premise;
14. Operational Changes: Maha Tower Langkawi reserves the right to change operating hours, carry out renovation, maintenance, or upgrading work, close any part of the premise, or restrict the number of visitors without prior notice;
15. Liability Disclaimer: LangkawiTour and Maha Tower Langkawi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses, damages, or injuries suffered by visitors within the premise, arising from any acts or omissions of Maha Tower Langkawi, its staff, and/or other visitors, whether those acts or omissions are negligent or otherwise;
16. Seat and Zone Reservation: Any request for seat or zone reservations will not be entertained. All seating is based on a first-come, first-served basis;
17. Refusal of Admission: Maha Tower Langkawi reserves the right to refuse admission or require a visitor already admitted to leave the premise without refund or compensation for failing to comply with tower rules or engaging in illegal, unsafe, or offensive conduct;
18. Media Policy: Maha Tower Langkawi reserves the right to photograph, film, record, or reproduce visitors' images and/or voices for use in promotional materials across electronic, print, digital, or online platforms without prior consent;
