- Child Ticket: Applicable for children aged 3-12 (determined strictly by the year of birth, not by the exact birthdate). Children aged 2 and below can join free of charge;

- Arrival Courtesy: For bookings without hotel transfer, please arrive at the meeting point by 09:00 AM. For bookings with hotel transfer, please be on time to avoid missing the pick-up. Refunds will not be provided for late arrivals or no-shows;
- Rainy Conditions: This activity will proceed even in rainy weather but may sometimes be postponed to a later time at the operator's discretion;
- Activity Adjustments: Schedules, itineraries, and activities are subject to change or cancellation due to weather, sea conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances;
- Trip Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by the operator due to stormy weather, an alternative day or a refund will be offered;
